Nicky Nelson is fantastic. Always gets you in early if she is free and continually has a smile on her face. It is a pleasure to attend and there is never any problem with Nicky taking blood from my battered veins!! A real asset to the surgery. I also visited Dr Richards at the same surgery. Also a really nice, professional doctor who explained everything clearly throughout my appointment. He even called me back when the first set of antibiotics were not strong enough and prescribed some stronger ones. Very friendly and welcoming - again, another total asset to the surgery. Well done all round guys - keep up the good work.

I had to have a blood test.Nicky Nelson was my nurse who took my blood.Sometimes I can have problems with my veins taking blood but Nicky always manages to do my blood test with no problems.She is so good at her job and a very friendly nurse.

Good friendly helpful staff. Not always easy to get future appointments with preferred doctor .

I received excellent advice and treatment from the doctor in the morning. In the afternoon i saw the nurse about a seperate matter and received a similarily good service.

I have my blood taken by Nicky Nelson at the surgery and I could not praise her enough, I am normally a difficult patient when it comes to finding any veins to get blood but Nicky is spot on first time! I have been with this practice since birth so nearly 59 years what more of a recommendation would you want.
